To anyone and everyone I haven't spoken to in the past month I do owe an explanation for my absence - pneumonia - x3! Yes, everyone of my children has come down with pneumonia over the past month. Alyssa had it the worst and ended up in the hospital unable to breathe, then an allergic reaction to the medication - which actually turned out to be a blessing. After finally switching medicines, breathing treatments and 2 weeks down she finally is recovering, but not completely back yet. She went to a birthday party yesterday and they went rock climbing and swimming. By the time she got home, she plopped down in the chair and never moved until this morning. For a kid who NEVER sleeps, this has been hard for her to be so tired.
Mason was the next lucky victim with fevers over 104 - scary! The crazy part for him is how fast it hit. We were at the doctor's office on Wednesday and by Friday he was done for!And thankfully as soon as Kylie started coughing we drugged her up and she hardly suffered.
Needless to say, our flex plan has already been all used up! It has been so crazy, and you would think that after being stuck at home for the last month I would have actually accomplished something worthwhile, but I didn't even get my house cleaned (other than all the Lysol!)
I do owe some thanks to my incredible boss - who is the best and never gave me even 1 grumble about being out during our busiest time of the year- she is so great! Also, thanks to all the women in Young Women's who covered everything for me. And for all the blessings, prayers and love in our behalf. Now we just have to hope I don't catch it - and that will truly be a miracle if I escape it! I never knew it was contagious, but it is, very contagious!!

I am so sorry about the last month. That is SO hard to have one kid ater another sick. Take care of yourself too. You deserve lunch and a pedicure...let's go:-)!
Yikes! Sounds like an awful time! So sorry to hear about it.
I agree that you need to have a fun treat with your friends. :D
That is horrible. Our illnesses hit back at the beginning of Dec. and we've all been okay since then. (knock on wood) Anyway, I didn't know you were working. Where are you working?
Misery! Your poor family!
That is awful! I'm so sorry that you've had a horrible month. Hopefully everyone is one the mend and spring will come soon!
