More fun today. First, and most importantly we headed over to Nordstrom to see what, if anything, we could find at the 1/2 yearly sale. T.J. found a few things for work, but found out the men's sale starts in 2 weeks, so a wonderful sales associate was going to "hold" a few things for him and send them then - you can't beat NORDSTROM service!!! I of course found a great new pair of shoes, Mason got some much needed church clothes, Kylie found flip flops and Alyssa, in her true FENTON character decided to "wait and see".

Then we head over to the University of Kansas in Lawrence. They have a natural history museum there with my favorite - a live BEE-HIVE - talk about creepy. We also went to the bookstore and got some more college golf balls to add to the souvenir collection.

Next, we headed over to Legends. Which is a great outside mall with some outlets, and had dinner at the T-Rex Restaurant. If you have ever been to Rainforest Cafe - this is the same concept, just with dinosaurs rather than the forest. We of course shopped there a bit too.

Then to our wonderful surprise found a Sheridan's Frozen Custard store. (The one by our house just went out of business, and we have been going through great withdrawals!) It was a great day - but unfortunately, not busy enough because Mason didn't go to sleep until 12:30! urghhh.
