Landscaping??!!

I know that you can't tell the grading from the pictures, but when you are standing on the porch, there is a 10 foot drop-off. The front yard is so steep, if you sled down it you will end up in the neighbor's backyard. But never fear, we will figure out something to do with this great piece of dirt. We figured that from one property line to the next it drops close to 30 feet!!
